Whys Neural Network a better modelling technique than Logistic or other statistical modeling technique?

Well, For mainly three reason:
1. Explore data using non-linear data modeling tools
2. Uncover hidden connections in your data
3. Improve model performance
From the familiar PASW Statistics interface, you can “mine” your data for hidden relationships, using either the Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) or Radial Basis Function (RBF) procedure.
